Our Mill

Our machines are green! We operate bio-diesel driven band saw mills on the Olympic Peninsula. Our goal is to lower overall impact while utilizing sustainable resources wherever possible.

We strive to offer a Lodge Style ambience in each of our cabins. Utilizing our own milling operation, we are able to custom cut all our own beam materials. Every board, post and beam is cut oversized – giving our cabins an unmatched look and quality! That is the Mill Direct Edge!

Our milling operations exemplify a continued commitment to conservation and sustainability. All our logs come from highly managed tree farms here on the Olympic Peninsula. We utilize only the highest quality Douglas Fir and Red Cedar timber for our custom cut cabin packages.

Productivity and value are as vital to environmental gains as sustainability and recovery, because a mill that is not competitive and profitable won’t be open long.
