Barn Packages

The “Gypsy Vanner” standard series has a 9/12 roof pitch with 20” overhangs all around. The 36’ x 60’ Gypsy Vanner has eight stalls, wash and tack, plus a full 36’ x 60’ hayloft. It has a 12’6” sidewall that provides clearance under the 12’ x 60’ shed roof off the side of the barn and accommodates plenty of headroom in the hayloft. Stairs in the tack room take you to the hayloft. The loft area provides storage for hay or can be used for other purposes. The Gypsy Vanner has two 4’ wide gable roof dormers, including windows plus a continuous “shed roof” dormer opposite the two 4’ gable roof dormers. The “shed roof” dormer is 36’ wide. All stalls have heavy duty galvanized stall fronts.
